Tiyi Smith, MEd, is a National Academic Advisor at Renaissance. She was formerly a special education teacher, instructional coach, and district facilitator at El Paso ISD. In this role, she worked extensively with students and families who required additional support to access learning opportunities, and she was instrumental in building cooperative learning structures in the district.
