Annette Duncan, PhD, is a Literacy Coach at Lowell Elementary in Waterloo, Iowa. She has proudly served the Waterloo Community School District for 34 years. She earned a Doctorate in Curriculum & Instruction from the University of Northern Iowa. She also holds a Literacy Coach Certification and is involved with providing professional development in the areas of literacy and equity.
