Sarah Brown, PhD, is President of System Impact Consulting and a national MTSS consultant and author. She formerly served as Senior Director of MTSS Solutions at Renaissance and as Bureau Chief at the Iowa Department of Education. She is co-author of the book Effective Universal Instruction: An Action-Oriented Approach to Improving Tier 1.

Kellie Kilde
MTSS Advisor, Renaissance

Kellie Kilde, MEd, is MTSS Advisor at Renaissance, working alongside multiple teams to provide guidance on implementing MTSS within a school setting. Prior to her work in the edtech space, Kellie was an educator for over 20 years, serving students and staff in various capacities as an Intervention Specialist, Dean of Students, and Special Education teacher.
